Hello, I'm Nichola, a senior executive, Fractional COO, Board advisor and leadership mentor with more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience, including over 12 years operating at Board level.
Throughout my career, I have led organisations through growth, transformation, operational improvement, challenging periods and successful business sales. I understand what it feels like to be in the room when difficult decisions need to be made, and I know how important it is to have clear thinking, practical support and someone you can trust alongside you.
I created Polaris Pathway to share the experience I have gained and help leaders and organisations find their direction, overcome challenges and move confidently towards their True North.
